Pastoral Staff
The Pastoral Staff of the Duchess Mennonite Church consists of the Senior Pastor and the Youth Pastor. These paid positions are augmented by two volunteer Associate Pastors. The Pastors serve as ministry facilitators and are part of the leadership team, sitting in on both the Admin Team and the Council of Elders.
